Structural characteristics 

1. The casing is made from galvanized steel, folded and crimped. Its profile follows a logarithmic spiral curve, giving strong aerodynamic performance. 

2. The impeller's center plate, rim plate and blades are all die-stamped, and the impeller is assembled by roller riveting. Dynamic balance grade: G5.6. 

3. The air inlet is formed by steel-plate spinning or drawn stamping, ensuring even airflow into the impeller inlet and reducing flow loss, which raises impeller efficiency. 

4. The air outlet and guard frame use TOX riveting. 

5. The fan is fitted with a well-known domestic motor. This motor can be steplessly speed-controlled via a three-phase voltage regulator, a thyristor regulator or a frequency converter, to meet varying system requirements.
